Cancellation Policy
Lash Studio Collective Cancellation Policy
At Lash Studio Collective, we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining a smooth scheduling process. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients’ time, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Appointment Deposit
• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
• The deposit allows one reschedule if needed. However, if you need to reschedule a second time, a new $50 deposit will be required.
2. Cancellation Notice
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us accommodate other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% charge.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which will count as your one allowed reschedule. For a second reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
5. Emergencies and Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can arise. Please contact us directly to discuss any urgent situations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
